You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;

Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw.

If an entry is received by the Postal Entry Route within 72 hours after the Closing Date, the Entrant will receive a credit equal to the cost of entry via the Online Entry Route to the draw, which will enable the Entrant to enter an alternative draw(s) of their choice on the Website/App using the Online Entry Route;

The Promoter will email each Entrant who has submitted a valid entry via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their ticket number;

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. When you enter, you will be randomly assigned ticket number(s) and receive an email confirmation. If all tickets do not sell out, the draw will take place on the stated end date regardless. To be entered into the live draw, you must answer the competition question correctly. The details on your entry must match the information on your account in order to receive confirmation and a ticket number. Entries without a registered account cannot be processed.

The live draw will be held on Cumbria Jewellery & Competitions’ Facebook page, using Google’s random number generator to select the winning ticket from all entrants. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Apple, or Google. To participate in the competition:

After purchasing tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your entry details and ticket numbers, usually within 10–15 minutes. During busy times, this could take a few hours. Ticket numbers are assigned instantly, so if you can’t locate them, refer to the relevant FAQ section.

Winners are contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If your contact details change before the competition ends, you must update them. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected, forfeiting the original claim to the prize.

The competition’s opening and closing dates are displayed on the website. Closing dates are never extended, even if tickets are unsold. However, live draws may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, with updates shared on social media. Draw dates may also be moved earlier if the competition sells out ahead of time.

Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, or other British Isles territories.

After a competition closes, a full entry list is posted on the website, showing all draw numbers, including yours. Competitions are then drawn live on Facebook,  a winning number is selected using PHP’s random_int.

The draw will proceed on the scheduled date, and it may be moved earlier if tickets sell out. This gives you better odds for your entry. The prize remains the same, and we do not offer a percentage of ticket sales like some other competitions do.
