Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd operates competitions on its website, cumbriajewellerycashcompetitions.co.uk, allowing participants to win prizes by complying with these terms and conditions (referred to as “Competition” or “Competitions”).
Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or older in the UK or the legal age in their country of residence.
Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd reserves the right to cancel accounts or disqualify participants found misusing its services. For instance, any attempt to create multiple accounts for a single individual or household to bypass entry limits will lead to disqualification and permanent exclusion from future Competitions.

Each postcard must include the Entrant’s date of birth, the specific Competition being entered, and contact information. Entries must be submitted individually and received by the Competition’s closing date.
The free postal route:
Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd. Unit 7, Sunset hill, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4AJ. First or second-class postage must be paid for each such Entry (‘Postal Entry’). Bulk entries (within the same envelope) will not be accepted. Postal entries will not be accepted directly through the letterbox. Only one Postal Entry is permitted per Competition for each registered account. Postal Entries are limited to one Entry per person to each Competition. Each Postal Entry has the same chance per Entry of winning a Prize or an Instant Win Prize as an Online Entry.
Winners are selected through a state-of-the-art random draw system using numbered balls to generate combinations between 9 and 99,999.
Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd will reach out to winners using the contact details provided during registration. Entrants must ensure their contact information remains up-to-date.
All participants are added to the Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd database to receive updates on Competitions and promotions.
Prizes are selected and purchased by Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd. Details are outlined on the specific Competition pages.
Prizes may also be subject to terms from manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers.
Winners must provide proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID) to verify eligibility. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

“If you are selected as a winner, you may be required to provide specific documents to establish your identity for due diligence purposes in line with AML regulations. Your personal data may be shared with our payment service provider, to facilitate the prize payment and comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may also refuse to present your personal information, but by doing so, you will prevent the prize being transferred to you. In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
Winners may be requested to provide photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd respects their preferences regarding publicity and allows them to opt out upon request.
